Frequently Asked Questions

1. Notifying us of email address changes: For continued access to the Subscriber Section or for receiving Newsletters, please send an email with your new address to admin@cynergyresearch.com. Note that if your new email address is not a Gmail account, then you need to use the steps outlined below in order to continue to view the Subscriber website after we add your new email address to the permissions list:

Option 1: To use an existing (non-Gmail) email address (like toddjones@telus.com):

  1. Go to the Google Account Sign In page (via clicking on this link)

  2. Click Create account.

  3. Enter your name.

  4. Click Use my current email address instead.

  5. Enter your current email address.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.

  8. Click Verify.

Option 2: To set up a new Gmail email address:

  1. Go to the Google account Sign In page (via clicking on this link)

  2. Click Create account.

  3. Enter your name.

  4. In the "Username" field, enter a username.

  5. Enter and confirm your password.

  6. Click Next.

    1. Optional: Add and verify a phone number for your account.

  7. Click Next.


2. Problems with logging on: Please contact us at admin@cynergyresearch.com

3. Changing your credit card information for annual renewals or other billing changes (including mailing address, phone number, email address, etc.): Please send an email to admin@cynergyresearch.com with your phone number and a date and time to call. We do not recommend emailing new credit card information. The customer service email address is monitored 7 days a week.

4. For cancellations or notifications regarding non-renewals: Please send an email to admin@cynergyresearch.com. This way we can track the cancellation or non-renewal processes.

5. I have some questions about your Services or Products: who should I contact? Please email us at sales@cynergyresearch.com with any preliminary questions that you might have.

6. I'm new to your website and clicked on the "Subscriber-Only Login" link, and next saw a 404 error message - why? Only Subscribers are able to log in to the Subscriber-Only private website and view its restricted contents. If you wish to become a Subscriber (see the Services page for different Options) then your login email will added to the permissions list and you will be notified within 24 hours regarding when you will be able to access the private site.
