Cynergy Research Services Offerings:

Option A - Silver Level - CDN$625 per year plus GST ($656.25 in total) for Canadian residents provides:

• Access to the Model Portfolio, Weekly Summaries, and Special or Flash Reports;

• Consultation sessions, if requested by a subscriber wishing to delve into the methodology and details, which are billable at CDN$250 per hour, plus GST, minimum 2 hours.

• Annual fees for non-Canadians living in other countries are US$490, 360 British Pounds, 410 Euros, or AUS$690.  (No GST is applicable for non-Canadians living in other countries)

Option B - Gold Level - CDN$775 per year plus GST ($813.75 in total) for Canadian residents provides:

• The same as Option A

• Plus access to the Asset Tracking Spreadsheets

•  Plus a complimentary 2 hour consultation session. Extra time past 2 hours is billable at CDN$250 per hour, plus GST.

• Annual fees for non-Canadians living in other countries are US$600, 440 British Pounds, 510 Euros, or AUS$860.  (No GST is applicable for non-Canadians living in other countries)

Option C - Platinum Level - CDN$975 per year plus GST ($1,023.75 in total) for Canadian residents provides:

• The same as Option B

• Plus a complimentary 3 hour consultation session over lunch or dinner (provided)

• Plus ongoing access to Cynergy Research personnel each year for follow-up questions. Extra time past 3 hours during the initial consultation session is billable at CDN$250 per hour, plus GST.

• Annual fees for non-Canadians living in other countries are US$760, 560 British Pounds, 640 Euros, or AUS$1075.  (No GST is applicable for non-Canadians living in other countries)

Option D - Bronze Level - Beginner Investors (usually less than CDN$25,000 of Investments) - CDN$250 per year plus GST to start ($262.50 in total) for Canadian residents, and rising by CDN$100 per year until the Silver Level pricing is reached (or a higher Level upon request), provides:

• The same as Option A

• Consultation sessions, if requested by a subscriber wishing to delve into the methodology and details, which are billable at CDN$250 per hour, plus GST, minimum 2 hours.

• Annual fees for non-Canadians living in other countries are US$340, 150 British Pounds, 175 Euros, or AUS$290.  (No GST is applicable for non-Canadians living in other countries)

We also provide several additional optional Services upon request:

• A Portfolio Analysis Service  - whereby detailed commentary will be provided on someone's existing holdings.  The fees for this optional service vary, but generally would amount to about CDN$1000 to CDN$5000, plus GST, depending on the number of holdings that need to be analyzed.  A CDN$1000 review might cover approximately 5 individual holdings.

• A Customized Interactive Google Drive Worksheet for Individual Portfolios -  whereby share prices and other factors are updated automatically.  The cost ranges from CDN$2000 to CDN$3000 depending on the number of holdings in the Worksheet.

Subscription and other fees can be paid through various means, including:

• e-transfers  to michael@cynergyresearch.com

• PayPal  to paypal.me/cynergyresearchserv (See the PayPal link to the right)

• Credit card  via Square secure checkout (See the Square link to the right)

• Checks  payable to Michael Clements personally and mailed to Suite 104 - 3790 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver, BC, Canada V6R1W8

Once your fees have been paid and received, you will be given access to the Subscriber section in less than 24 hours, and will be notified via email accordingly. 

Note: The Gmail you provide with your subscription fee will be the one to use when logging in, but if you don't have a Gmail account, see below.

In order to View the Subscriber Website investors Need to either have a Gmail account, or set up a Google account (using either your existing non-Google email account or via setting up a new Gmail account). 

To set up a Google account, see the two options below:

Option 1:   To use an existing (non-Gmail) email address (like toddjones@telus.com):

1. Go to the Google Account Sign In page (via clicking on this link)

2. Click Create account.

3. Enter your name.

4. Click Use my current email address instead.

5. Enter your current email address.

6. Click Next.

7. Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.

8. Click Verify.

Option 2:   To set up a New Gmail email address:

1. Go to the Google account Sign In page (via clicking on this link)

2. Click Create account.

3. Enter your name.

4. In the "Username" field, enter a username.

5. Enter and confirm your password.

6. Click Next.

   1. Optional: Add and verify a phone number for your account.

7. Click Next.
